We all know that it is easy to lose weight

Most people can lose weight on most diets whether it is low fat, low carb., GI, GL, grape, soup, low calorie, etc.

Diets? They all work.

But then we also know that they don't! In fact statistics say that 98% of diets fail. Right now there are probably over 30 fad diets available for people to spend their money on - this is a £30 billion pounds a year business but only 2 people out of 100 ever succeed!

The clue is in the word diet. Diet really stands for deprived eating which means that to follow it through we have to deprive ourselves of the very foods we eat most. Unfortunately what we eat most of is usually the very food that is causing us constant misery as the pounds pile on.

Depriving ourselves will not work so what will?
